the patient came to us from Raipur, Chattisgarh. with multiple missing teeth and broken pieces of teeth. complete extraction and implant supported fixed prosthesis is planned.
‘ALL ON 4’ treatment protocol was followed for the upper jaw and all on 5 for lower. screw retained titanium fused to acrylic fixed prosthesis was given.
The patient is comfortable from the first day and eating normal food after many years as he was grinding the food in mixer and eating.
Speech and appearance have improved drastically.
